We will clear out your pump and skimmer baskets to improve the efficiency of your system and extend the life span of your pool equipment.

Skim Surface & Brush Walls and Tiles

We will remove all debris from the surface of your pool and brush the walls and tiles to prevent algae growth and staining.

Inspect & Monitor Equipment

We will visually inspect your equipment for proper function, looking out for leaks, equipment failures, pressure issues, or other problems.

E-Mail Weekly Service Report

Every week you will receive a detailed e-mail report with a photo of your freshly cleaned pool and detailed summary of services and chemical readings.

Lock Gate & Secure Property

The ongoing safety and security of your property is important to us. We will ensure the gate is locked and your property is properly secured upon exit.

Each week, after we finish servicing your pool, you will receive an email from our team containing:

  • Photos of your freshly cleaned pool
  • Checklist of the services we performed while at your pool
  • Chemical readings report (incl. chlorine, pH, and more)
  • Additional communication regarding any issues that our technician noticed while present

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does PoolSense require a long-term contract?
No. Our service plans are month-to-month. You can discontinue our service at any point in time. We just ask that you kindly provide us with 30 days advance notice.
How will I be billed?
Our customers are auto-billed on the 1st day of each month. For convenience, we offer two auto-pay options, either credit card or ACH (bank draft).
Will my service day and technician be the same every week?
Yes, we do our best to maintain consistency for our customers. Your service day and technician will generally remain unchanged. However, in rare circumstances (if your tech is sick or on vacation) we may need to make a temporary change in order keep your pool looking great. We will notifiy you in advance of any changes.
Are filter cleans included in my monthly rate?
Our service plan rates do not include filter cleans. We perform filter cleans on a quarterly basis for all of our customers, and we bill for those separate from the monthly service charge once the filter clean is performed.
Are chemicals included in my monthly rate?
All standard chemicals (such as chlorine and acid) are included in the monthly service rate. However, we use specialty chemicals in your pool on a weekly basis (such as conditioner, algaecide, and water clarifiers). We bill on a semi-annual basis for those specialty chemicals at a rate that varies depending on the size of your pool.
